About Us

Natasha Sanchez is a photographer and performer from New Orleans, Louisiana. She studied History and Cultural Geography at Southeastern Louisiana University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in 1995. After working in the film and music industries in the 1990s, she drifted towards photography, learning through experience by working in darkrooms and photo labs. She concentrates on environmental photography, specifically the environment in which people live and create for themselves. Her work also translates to the stage where she creates a one- woman show called “Nattie” which combines her musical snapshots with her photographs. Her love of the darkroom keeps her shooting film in this digital age, as well as experimenting with vintage techniques. She exhibits her work routinely in New Orleans and around the country. www.nattie-concepts.com

Dan Milham’s love and practice of photography goes back to his first “serious” camera, a Canon FT he found at a Post Exchange in Viet Nam in 1966. Great photographers who’ve influenced Dan’s work include Laurie Excell, George Lepp, Art Wolfe and, naturally, Ansel Adams. Dan “retired” in 2008 from a career of more than 40 years in broadcasting and more than 30 years as a TV meteorologist in New Orleans. Retirement from one career has allowed him to follow his heart in the wonderful world of digital imagery. Born in Detroit, MI, Dan adopted New Orleans as a hometown after moving there in the early 70s. His photography takes him around the world to many beautiful and unique places.
